Other Things You Ought To Know |

No contracts - you can cancel at any time. |

If you are not satisfied, we will return to your yard and re-clean
it. |

Initial Spring cleaning and 1 time yard cleaning need to be paid
at the time of service. |

I bill monthly and would like payment by the 15th of the month. |

I work in most weather. Very heavy rain, lightening, heavy
snowfall, or extreme cold may cause a short delay in service. |

If you have a special occasion coming up where you need an
unscheduled clean up, let me know and I'll do my best to
accommodate you. |

I will never bring into your yard things that I have used in other
people's yards. |

I'll let you know if I see anything "strange" in your dog's
"stuff". |

When you refer a new customer, I'll give you a week of cleaning
FREE. |

My goal is to make you an extremely happy customer so that you
will recommend me to your friends and neighbors.
